    Gary Jr. was licensed in 2005 and also joined the Group that year. He has lived locally for all his life which gives him extensive knowledge about the area. He is a graduate of Malvern Prep and West Chester University. Gary Jr. is an exceptionally talented negotiator. He works tirelessly to help his clients get the homes of their dreams and commits himself 110% to making the experience a great one. He has a passion for giving his buyers and sellers the best service possible. His ability to think “outside the box” when faced with challenges has enabled him to come up with creative solutions to for his clients in today’s market.     Bill was born in Philadelphia and grew up in the Harrisburg area. Moving to West Chester in 1988, he attended West Chester University, graduating in 1992 with a BA degree in Sociology. Bill worked in the human services field then obtained his real estate license in 1995 in addition to getting his broker's license in 2008. He has worked in real estate in both Pennsylvania and NJ.

    Amy has been a licensed Realtor since 2003 and is licensed in both PA and NJ. She is a graduate of West Chester University and spent several years selling real estate in Chester, Delaware and Montgomery counties. For the past four years she has enjoyed living in Ocean City, NJ where she continued her real estate career. She and her husband recently returned to the area to be close to their two grandchildren. She is delighted to be a part of the Mercer Group and be back helping clients with both buying and selling homes.

Selling over 400 homes since 2005, Erica personally accounted for over $140 million in sales. She was ranked #6 nationally in the company during her decade of selling. Erica has also won the “Most Outstanding Customer Service Award” and was a part of the “99 Club” for Excellence in Customer Satisfaction. She understands the value a home, before selling she worked for a Real Estate Appraisal Firm for a little over 2 years appraising commercial, industrial and residential real estate. Recently changing her career path, Erica is now one of the top agents at the Gary Mercer Group at the Keller Williams office in West Chester. Growing up and happily residing in Chester County with her family, Erica has a wealth of knowledge and expertise of the surrounding area. Destiny all started with the Russell J Maynard Real Estate company founded 1968 in Haverstraw, New York. The running joke in the family was that Alex would be working with homes, whether he was the one picking up the hammer…or not! He has had the opportunity to learn and grow in a number of ways over the years…shadowing New Construction with his Grandfather as a builder, and both Student and Military Housing with his Father as a Senior VP of Michaels Organization based out of Marlton, New Jersey. Born and raised in Central Pennsylvania, Alex has been a resident of Chester County for the past 15 years living in West Pikeland Township in Chester Springs.     Jane was born and raised in Northern New Jersey and graduated from William Paterson University with a BA in elementary education. Shortly after graduation she married and moved to Europe, taught first grade in the American school and traveled extensively. Her empathy for buyers facing the questions of moving and buying a home were a direct result from her previous experiences in relocating and finding places to live in Europe and then in the US. Her real estate career began in 1986 and she was a consistent multi-million dollar producer with the Mainline being her primary market area. She serviced transferee buyers throughout Chester, Montgomery and Delaware counties as well. In addition to assisting buyers and sellers in the re-sale market, Jane also brought her marketing expertise to several new construction communities. Her extensive knowledge of the re-sale market has helped her buyers to have a positive experience and her philosophy is to make each experience of buying a home an enjoyable one. Christine was raised in Northern New Jersey and attended Montclair State University to pursue a degree in business. She joined a project team at an international petrochemical engineering firm in an administrative capacity and her career development resulted in a position in the human resources department. Christine relocated to Chester County in 1985 and began her real estate career with a specialty in relocation servicing Chester, Delaware and Montgomery counties. She has extensive experience in the “new construction” market, both in sales and the marketing of communities with leading builders. Her success relies in creating a pleasant working environment with a dedication to providing “ultimate” service to buyers and sellers in a professional friendly manner. Christine has been a consistent award winning multi-million dollar producer. In her personal time Christine enjoys cooking for family and friends, traveling abroad and writing poetry.

    Born in Delaware County, Patrick spent most of his formative years in Chester County while attending Malvern Prep for middle and Upper School where he graduated in 2003. Patrick was licensed in 2013 but his love of real estate goes all the way back to his time at Malvern. Never a fan of renting Patrick bought his first house at the age of 22 in Augusta Georgia while serving in the United States Air Force and has never looked back. After separating from the Air Force in 2009, Patrick attended Villanova University where he earned an MBA in Real Estate and Finance. Upon graduating Patrick turned his love of Real Estate into a profession as a Commercial Real Estate Investment Analyst. Seeking a more personal connection to Real Estate and people, Patrick began focusing on residential sales in 2013 and began representing buyers and sellers in Chester, Delaware and Montgomery County. As a personal investor Patrick is responsible for over 20 real estate transactions in Chester, Delaware and Philadelphia County over the past 4 years.
